Forest Solutions is offering a full time, paid internship for high school or college students to participate in a 7-8 week vegetation monitoring program. This summer will be mostly located near Kailua-Kona on Hawai’i Island. The program will run from June - August 2024.

We are seeking Labor Team Members with a passion for the outdoors and improving the environment to help with the daily tasks in completing our projects primarily on Hawai’i Island. This is an entry level labor position that involves working as a team in remote locations, camping up to a week at a time, and use of small handheld equipment.

We are seeking a Field Forester with experience and formal training in forestry, botany, or natural resource management and restoration, and knowledge of Hawaiian native flora and fauna. If you are self-motivated, have attention to detail, and are able to work independently in rugged conditions while supervising and collaborating with a team - this might be the position for you!
